What you’ll need
- 1 jar (12 oz / 340 g) roasted red peppers, drained
- ½ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp salt
How to make
- Place the roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt in a food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is mostly smooth but still has a little texture.
- Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning with additional salt, lemon juice, or red pepper flakes as desired.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
